I am an ASCHP (Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners) registered counsellor operating from my home in Meadowridge. I completed the Diploma in Counselling and Communication at SACAP (South African College of Applied Psychology).

My aim is to provide psychosocial support to individuals (adolescents and adults), couples and families who are experiencing life challenges, be it relationship struggles, health issues, bereavement, trauma or merely adapting to changing circumstances.

I offer a non-judgmental, confidential and empathetic space to listen to your story, helping you to increase your self-awareness of a situation, and hence work towards life solutions.

I have a special interest in assisting individuals and families coming to terms with, and coping with the challenges faced due to a member of the family suffering from a chronic illness, in particular those conditions that are not always visible to the outside world.

I volunteer at Hope House Counselling Centre in Bergvliet once a week, in an attempt to give back to communities who may not have access to ongoing counselling.
